The baffle is enclosed within a 3D-printed, air-spaced outer cover, created using a 0.25mm fine nozzle for exceptional surface finish and detail. The air-spaced design enhances thermal stability and acoustic dampening, while the reinforced multi-wall construction ensures maximum stiffness and durability under pressure. Choice of 3d printed baffle shield or for greater sound absorbson a tube of Basotect G+ can be purchaced.
